Order Despatch
We only sell products that are in stock. Rule number one of retailing you might think, but you’d be surprised how many stores tease you with pretty pics but then let you down.
If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) we do our very best to despatch your order the same day. Order after 2pm and your order should be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don’t forget Bank Holidays aren’t working days – even for us!)

All orders over £20 – and all express orders – will be sent by registered post and someone will need to be to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt. If no-one’s in, we won’t try to stuff your new pair of Vans through the letterbox, you’ll receive a card letting you know where you can be collect your clobber (normally the local sorting office or depot). There’ll also be a phone number you can call to re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery within a week, then the package will be returned to us. If you then require the package to be re-posted you will be charged postage at cost. (Please note it can take up to 28 days for the package to be returned to us so, all in all, it’s a complete arse-ache all-round if you’re not in or you don’t pick your stuff up within a week. So stay sharp, compadres!).

Please do note that you are responsible for paying all customs or import duty charges if you're a non-EU customer. But, hell, at least the weather’s probably better where you are.
